Get to know me!

I'm Ashleigh! I'm a wife, mom, friend, sister, daughter, involved community member, and full time photographer living in Naples, Maine. There has been a camera of some sort in my hand since as far back as I can remember, obsessed with bringing it anywhere and everywhere, capturing anything and everything. It was MY version of a security blanket, and still is.

Back in 2015, I took some family photos for a few friends of mine just for the fun of it, and once those photos were seen by others, the request for photos snowballed. I didn't fully know what I was doing but I was loving the learning process and before I knew what was happening, I had "accidentally" started a photography business!

Since then, I have captured weddings, families, babies, high school seniors, special events, pets, real estate, engagements, pregnancies, headshots, and everything in between.

In 2019, I received the first place award for Lake Region Weekly's Best of the Best Photographer category, and in 2021, 2022, & 2023, Windham Eagle presented me with the second place award for the Best Photographer category, and in 2024 & 2025, I was awarded the first place title! My dreams of both opening a studio of my very own AND photographing my very first birth came true in 2024 and it was everything I'd hoped it would be.

In my personal time, I love making as many plans as I can with my friends, family, kids, or husband (I'm a bit of a social butterfly), I love binging reality shows while I edit photos and answer emails, I have a slight addiction to cheese and chapstick, I'm always in awe when the sky is doing something pretty (and will ALWAYS take a picture of it), and the beach is my happiest place on Earth.

Now that I'm entering my 11th year in business and 8th year full time, I'm so excited to see what this year brings and what amazing moments I'm going to be blessed enough to capture.
